Refund Policy
At CarePath Solutions, we strive to provide transparent and satisfactory services to all our clients. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are handled for our medical tourism consulting services.
1. Service Nature
CarePath Solutions is a consulting and facilitation firm that assists clients in arranging medical treatments, travel, and accommodation in India.
We coordinate between clients and third-party providers, including hospitals, airlines, hotels, and transport agencies, but we do not directly provide medical or travel services ourselves.
2. Consultation Fees

All initial consultation fees and service charges paid to CarePath Solutions are non-refundable once the service process has begun.

This includes administrative costs, documentation, hospital coordination, and communication expenses incurred on behalf of the client.
3. Third-Party Services
Since we work with independent third-party providers (such as hospitals, hotels, and airlines), their individual refund and cancellation policies will apply to those specific services.
CarePath Solutions will assist in communicating with these providers, but final approval of any refund rests solely with the third party.
Examples include:

Medical treatment cancellations: governed by the hospital’s policy.

Flight or visa cancellations: governed by airline or embassy policies.

Accommodation cancellations: governed by the hotel’s refund policy.
4. Cancellation by the Client
If you choose to cancel your booking or service arrangement:

A written cancellation request must be submitted to contact@carepathsolutions.com.

Refund eligibility will depend on the stage of service delivery and third-party terms.

Administrative or coordination fees already incurred will be deducted from any refundable amount.
5. Cancellation by CarePath Solutions
In the unlikely event that CarePath Solutions must cancel your service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., travel restrictions, hospital scheduling issues, or other uncontrollable factors), you will be entitled to:

A full or partial refund depending on the extent of services already rendered, or

A rescheduled arrangement at no additional cost, based on mutual agreement.
6. Force Majeure
No refund shall be provided for cancellations or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters, pandemics, or travel bans,

Political unrest, war, or government actions,

Sudden medical unavailability or visa denial.
In such cases, CarePath Solutions will make every effort to reschedule or provide alternate options.
7. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 15–30 business days from the date of approval.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used during the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
8. No-Show Policy
If a client fails to appear for a scheduled appointment, travel, or treatment without prior notice, no refund shall be issued for any booked services.
