CarePath Solutions provides medical tourism assistance and coordination services, including:

  • Hospital and doctor referrals
  • Travel and accommodation assistance
  • Appointment scheduling
  • Medical travel support services

Many services are coordinated through third-party hospitals, clinics, doctors, hotels, travel agencies, and related providers.

2. Pay-As-You-Go Policy

CarePath Solutions operates on a pay-as-you-go basis.

Payments received from clients may be used immediately for:

  • Medical consultations
  • Appointment bookings
  • Hospital coordination
  • Administrative processing
  • Travel arrangements
  • Accommodation reservations
  • Service charges and operational expenses

Refunds will only be considered for amounts that have not yet been used, spent, committed, or allocated toward any arrangements or services.

Once funds have been utilized for confirmed services, bookings, consultations, reservations, coordination activities, or third-party payments, those amounts are strictly non-refundable.

Clients are advised to carefully confirm all details before making payments.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered only for:

  • Unused service balances
  • Duplicate payments made in error
  • Payments received for services that were never initiated

Refund approval is subject to review and verification by CarePath Solutions.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be provided in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after services have started
  • Cancellation by the client after arrangements are confirmed
  • Visa rejection or travel restrictions
  • Failure to attend appointments or scheduled travel
  • Dissatisfaction with treatment outcomes
  • Delays or issues caused by hospitals, airlines, hotels, or other third parties
  • Costs already incurred for coordination or administrative work
  • Any service already delivered or arranged

5. Third-Party Charges

Payments made to hospitals, clinics, airlines, hotels, or other third-party providers are subject to their own refund and cancellation policies.

CarePath Solutions is not responsible for refund decisions, delays, deductions, or policies of third-party service providers.

6. Cancellation Requests

Clients wishing to cancel services must contact us as soon as possible.

Early cancellation may increase the possibility of partial refunds for unused amounts, where applicable. Cancellation requests do not guarantee refunds.

7. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible
  • Processing times may vary depending on banks or payment providers
  • Administrative, banking, currency conversion, or transaction charges may be deducted

8. Limitation of Liability

CarePath Solutions shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Medical treatment outcomes
  • Travel disruptions
  • Delays by third-party providers
  • Financial losses arising from cancellations or service interruptions

All services are provided on a best-effort coordination basis.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time.
